Wyyerd’s historical growth and success has been largely because of its reputation for excellent fiber to
the home network. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Wyyerd’s internal team, highly efficient
and organized as well as energetic. This Administrative Assistant will help track and manage Wyyerd's
vehicle fleet, maintenance, and a variety of reports. This Administrative Assistant will also play a role
within the construction team, actively contributing to Wyyerd’s growth strategy, and supporting the
team and his/her peer group in executing that strategy. They will also be asked to handle sensitive
information in a confidential manner.


-Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
-Order office supplies.
-Book travel arrangements as needed.
-Submit and reconcile expense reports.
-Help maintain vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
-Preparing and maintaining up to date driving records and reports for proper licensure.
-Help maintain, different vehicle systems and maintenance reports for our growing fleet.
-Help manage and implement Wyyerd’s vehicle tracking and driver safety reports.
-Assist in purchasing/leasing/renting vehicles to expand Wyyerd’s fleet here and in new markets.
-Assist with other onboarding tasks as assigned.
-Meet and confer with construction team on achievements and weekly developments. Discuss required changes to meet current goals.
-Provide office support including emails, letters, and phone calls.
-Other duties as assigned.

-Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
-Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
-Must enjoy working within a team, both on the telephone and in person.
-Ability to troubleshoot and identify needs within the construction department.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
-Preference given to individuals living in close proximity to our office.
-2 + years work experience in an administrative role.
