My award letter expired last year, can I still qualify?

Yes, you can still qualify for Wyyerd Fiber Assist if you are actively enrolled in the eligible Government Assistance Programs.  Recertification may be required on a rolling 1-year basis.  A benefit statement may be required to determine eligibility.

Is the Wyyerd Fiber Assist program a credit?

No, Wyyerd Fiber Assist is a Fiber Internet service that is available for those customers who meet the qualifying criteria.  It is a 150 Mbps plan with no equipment or installation fees, no contracts, and no fees.

Can I combine the Wyyerd Fiber Assist Plan with my Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) credit?

Yes, if you are an active participant in the FCC ACP program, you can apply your ACP credit to the Wyyerd Fiber Assist plan.

Do I have to participate in ACP to be eligible for this plan?

No, to be eligible for the Wyyerd Fiber Assist Internet plan you will need to provide proof of participation in any of these eligible programs:
