Returning Your Wyyerd Equipment
Upon discontinuing service, we ask that you return all Wyyerd-provided equipment to our business office.
Equipment should be returned within 10 calendar days of the service disconnect date to avoid unreturned equipment charges.
The following items must be returned (if applicable):
- Wireless router with power cord
- Mesh unit(s) with power cord
- Indoor Optical Network Terminal with power cord
- Located in or near the OnQ panel
- The green end of fiber is plugged into the WAN port
- Carefully unseat the fiber end
The following items do not need to be returned :
- Any outdoor equipment
- Fiber wall plate
- Fiber
- Ethernet cable
